Step by step
Different blogs have different personalities so there is not a fixed set of rules to follow in order to create a corporate blog.
#1
The most important step could be to find a good answer to few simple questions:
- Why blog? What is the purpose of the blog?
- What’s the message? A blog needs to have something to say ;-)
- Who writes? I have an answer for this question here!
#2
After we have clear in mind those answers, it is possible to look for blogware and tech advice.
#3
The third phase directly involves employees: training on and promotion of the blog are important steps to consider.
#4
One of the last important steps concerns legal advice to make sure that potential harmful issues have been addressed properly.
#5
What’s the last step? Go online of course! :-D
